How rank moves

Whole-dollar bids start at $1 and accumulate for the app. Top sorts lifetime totals high to low; New sorts original submission time without changing the paid rank.

Pricing signal

At least $1 per payment; bidding again adds to the existing lifetime total. The public rules do not name the payment processor or refund policy.

Reset / duration

Lifetime total does not expire. Other apps can pay more and move above it.

Public tracking

Public listing rows display outbound click counts.

Moderation / refunds

Only credible public iOS or macOS apps are eligible. Fake, deceptive, adult, malicious, or unrelated listings may be removed; removal-refund terms are not stated.
