MECHANISM RECORD

outbid.lol

Outbid

The origin point credited by makers in the current wave: a public product leaderboard where rank is the accumulated bid.

01

How rank moves

Rank is the bid. New listings start at $5; taking #1 costs at least $5 above the current leader, lower bids can enter further down, and equal bids keep the older listing above.

02

Pricing signal

Whole US dollars, $5–$999,999 for a new listing. Existing listings pay only the difference when raising their accumulated bid.

03

Reset / duration

Bids remain on the board until raised or outranked; the rules do not publish a routine reset or expiry.

04

Public tracking

Public per-listing click counts plus live audience and traffic-stat links are shown.

05

Moderation / refunds

Products and X profiles are allowed; chat invites, adult content, query-string tracking, and link shorteners are rejected. Refund terms are not stated on the rules page.

Still unanswered

These gaps are kept public so a new launch is not mistaken for a settled marketplace.
